Of late work has been very busy, so have had little spare time along with a couple of trips away, to Barcelona (more on that here) and to Pembrokeshire, has meant that my list of series and films to watch on Netflix is growing!
Valentines day is around the corner, literally it is tomorrow!! So this is your last minute warning if you have forgot to buy that significant other of yours a card I suggest you run out now and grab one or why not get creative and make one?
If you are planning a nice night in then I have pulled together a list of some fantastic movies for you to Netflix and........ ok can we stop using this saying! If you are planning a night in with your other half why not make it a Netflix Night In?
Christmas isn't long away, and despite potentially ruining christmas already for little geek (read more about that here) we will soon be dragging out the christmas decorations, arguing over what goes where and the trying to perfect my UN Peacekeeper impression when deciding who can put the star on top of the Christmas tree!
We were lucky enough to be invited along last week to a Premiere Screening of Dragons, I really wasn't sure if this would be up the little geeks street, but after taking delivery the night before of Astrid and Stormfly I couldn't have been more wrong.
The event was being held at White Space just around the corner from Leicester Square, we decided to go up early and grab a bite to each as well a walk around a couple of shops!
Unless you have been living in a cave you might have seen that Orange Is The New Black is returning tomorrow for Season 3!
I was lucky enough to be invited to a pre screening of the first couple of Episodes before general release!
Prior to the screening we were treated to some nice cocktails .... Unfortunate I was driving so was on the Soda and Lime but there was quiet a choice... What would be your favourite Character Cocktail??
There was also some old school tunes being provided by the lovely Jameela Jamil!!
Nibbles were plenty full but being one of only a handful of guys I resisted the urge to devour the tray each time they were on offer!!
I have confessed my love for Netflix in the past, and since then it has grown from strength to strength!
There is some great content available on there which I have enjoyed over the last couple of years, aside from films etc. So imagine my excitement when I received an email from the lovely folks over at Netflix asking me to join the Netflix UK Stream Team for 2015.
So 18 months or so ago, I got the excellent gift of Apple TV... I was over the moon, but one little gem I wasn't expecting to love at the same time was Netflix....
The built in app was a god send that led me to signing up to the 30 days free trial!
Now to be honest I didn't have much time to use it during that month so didn't renew initially! Then I read an article about the TV series Damages and wanted to watch it! This was my queue to return to Netflix and sign up, as I don't really want to clutter up the place with any more DVD's.
